WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Scenario - Imagine you go to a fine real estate firm to hire a fine real estate agent so they can present your fine $1.4M home…and then a few weeks later after you sign the contract…you go to check your mail to see how your marketing piece came out for your home and it looks like THIS!!!! (large view).
I would loose my mind! We have removed the agents name and picture as this is just so bad. I am speechless that this nonsense is still going on.

It’s pretty bad.
The agent seems more interested in telling us about herself than marketing the home.
As a social worker, she might be good… but a real estate marketer - she might not.
Yup, could be the marketing dept of the firm too…you never know but i would be furious if i was the seller.
I’m glad to see you called them out. I’m blown away when I see ‘high end’ agents cut corners on the marketing. I like that is showed up 2 weeks later too.
Nuts right! It totally blows my mind. I am not holding back anymore!
Yeah that is a little ridiculous. I understand that in order to generate new business, an agent needs to market and promote themselves at every opportunity. But the good ones do so in a non-intrusive way and always have 90% of the focus on the buyer/seller. rather than the 60% shown above.
Just FYI, one of your goals was to “We have removed the agents name and picture as this is just so bad.”
Her full name is still legible through her contact information and her website address.
