I HATE Email Spam

I know we are supposed to be technology experts and have all the answers…atleast that is what my engineers say, but we don’t know spam that well. We all have different spam blockers on our PC’s & Mac’s (PS - my Mac got stolen out of my luggage on my trip back from Paris last week…currently I am stuck on a Dell — miserable!).
Who has the solution? What is the best spam blocker to use right now for my email? I will pay anything or a great spam blocker that will KILL 99% or more off my spam.
I hate you spam!!!
I also hate spam.
I track down spammers and get their cell phone numbers and I call them at midnight. They spam me at 11:45pm and it hits my cell phone and beeps, why cant I call his wife and say hello you are married to a spammer.
