Overpriced………….Medford? Bad part of town…..traffic, ugly mystic river, train noise…..

Now now rob. The mystic river at that point has a nice MDC park which is excellent for off lease dog walking. And the middlesex fells is across the street. Adn the Wellignton T station is right there.

It is NOISy but the condo building is set back from the street a bit. A couple of decent resturants have opened up in the rental part of the complex. I rented there for a year but the traffic noise and constant fire alarms drove me to arlington. The problem with the condo building is that is uses almost the same floor plan as the rental buildings and the bedrooms are way too small. I’d consider it but geez, last year they were selling the cheapest condo there for 340. Now 270? Where;s the protection of your investment?

Any details on what the properties sold for. Were there any good bargains?
