BuySide Realty Officially Changes Name

As confirmed to us in an email blast…it looks like the BuySide brand is stepping out and Iggy’s House is stepping in to serve as both the Buy-Side Brokerage Services and the Flat Fee MLS Sell-Side Brokerage service. It makes sense…they had to pick one brand and just run with it.
“Our services have not changed, just our name. We still share with buyers 75% of the commission we receive from the seller. As a reminder, our buyers have received on average over $11,000.”
Iggy’s house was filing to do an IPO back in October…anyone have any updates on this?
